However, lithium-ion batteries have the disadvantages of poor performance of high temperature resistance and low power consumption, so it will be a great challenge to store lithium-ion batteries in sunlight. Solar cells have high brightness and good scattering performance under sunlight, which makes the solar cell energy storage system have high stability, long life and high power density. However, there are problems such as electron migration and thermal runaway that affect the performance and stability of the battery. In addition, low energy conversion efficiency will lead to low power density of the system, and the problem of low power conversion efficiency also makes the photovoltaic power generation system have great unsafe factors. Therefore, the development of solar energy storage lithium batteries that can store a large amount of energy in sunlight and have high stability and long life has become the research object. This kind of solar energy storage lithium battery materials are mostly lithium metal or rare earth metal oxide materials, which have been widely used in solar power stations, photovoltaic cells and electric vehicles due to their high conductivity and good high temperature resistance and impact resistance under sunlight irradiation.
